We threw around some names when trying to describe our approach to food. Gastronomie Entrepôt”,“Hodge-podge”, “Nouveau-Rojak”. But we finally decided that good food was more important than fancy marketing words. Truth is, we’re more geeky than posh, and we don’t do things just to be fancy. Rather, we cook to express an idea, a taste or an emotion.
